Agentic Engineering Rollout: Hospitality SaaS
Bringing agentic engineering into a product organization with three divisions. An operating model and an agent-first development cycle with three human checkpoints: plan review, gap closing, merge. Coaching team by team. A cockpit on Jira and GitLab data tracks adoption and delivery per team.
AI-Powered Business Operations Assessment
Built an AI-powered platform that assesses business operations across six domains (Admin, People, Finance, Legal, IT, Compliance). A 160-question framework with LLM-generated reports and prioritized action plans, connected to Google Workspace, Gmail, and Notion. Recruited and onboarded an AI engineer for the engagement.
Industrial Touch UI: Heating Distribution System
Delivered a touch UI for a heating distribution system on 10-inch industrial displays: real-time monitoring and control. Fully built with agentic engineering.

- Built an AI-powered assessment platform for Outcapped: LLM-driven analysis across 6 business domains, connected to Google Workspace, Gmail, and Notion.
- Delivered a touch-optimized industrial control interface for the heating distribution system of a company in the construction sector. Fully built with agentic engineering.
